I started today with 30 minutes of Bikram yoga.
Then I went to make breakfast and discovered we are horrifyingly low on peanut butter. Luckily this was enough to get me through the morning. Another item for the co-op list.
My breakfast was a egg white omelet with veggies and avocado and peanut butter toast.
My office-mate is from China and she is bringing me dumplings for lunch today. I'm pretty excited about that!
And tonight it is our (my) night to make dinner for our neighbors, Red and Mr. Red. We're part of a dinner co-op with them. Actually, the entire co-op is just the four of us, but it works out well!
