This is the dinner Mr. Z and I prepared for our dinner co-op buddies. The meal included grilled t-bone steaks, green salad (lettuce, arugula, summer squash, carrots and broccoli) and a cabbage and pasta bake. 
 

Oh yeah, and two Scotch ales. This is what it looked like packed up.


And this is what it looked like on my plate. Yummers!


The entire meal, except the noodles and cheese was grown/raised within a 200 mile radius of our home.  It was a local, organic and delicious meal!
