Potatoes and Pie

Z (husband) and I enjoyed a delicious dinner of Driftless Organics vegetables atop linguini and parmesan potatoes. I roasted the veggies in the sunflower oil we got with our box this week.  

And here is the cherry pie! The crust wouldn't win any beauty pageants but it's from scratch! What else do you want?

It looks a little watery. Hopefully it will eventually set. But that takes time and time requires patience.  And when there's a fresh out the oven, homemade cherry pie sitting on your kitchen counter, patience is hard to come by.
